Floris van Straalen is always aiming to be unique and to be different.
That's why he created this one of a kind SAN-Ju Gin.

As the chef of Restaurant Felix and Restobar Shaffy (both located in Amsterdam) he is always pushing his boundaries. His personality is not like the regular chef you know. He's quite easy going and somebody who doesn't talk much.
